No — it adapts to where your child actually is. Early on, when there isn't enough history to read anything into, it simply spreads questions across the subject rather than guessing. Topics they have never tried come first, because a blank is not a weakness. Once there is enough practice behind them it does lean towards what needs work, but stronger topics still come up and anything already mastered drops out. The aim is a session that stretches without discouraging: enough that feels familiar to keep the small wins coming, enough that is shaky to make it worth doing. No, and that is deliberate. A child told a topic is their weakness tends to avoid it. The quiz simply leans towards the skills that need practice and leaves out anything they have already mastered, so to your child it looks like an ordinary quiz. Yes, and please do. On the results screen after a quiz, tap the question and tell us what is wrong with it: the answer marked correct looks wrong, a typo, a problem with an image, or wording that allows more than one defensible answer. Open the Inbox in the app and write to us. It goes straight to the TransferNI admin and replies come back to the same place, so the whole exchange stays in one thread. It is the fastest route for anything to do with your account — a payment that has not appeared, arranging access for a tutor, or something you would rather ask privately. Yes, and no. A supervisor account is free: it never carries a subscription of its own. Ask us through the Inbox to enable one once they have registered an ordinary account. They then send you a request, and nothing at all happens until you approve it in the Parent Area — nobody gains access to your child by asking us. They see practice results and where to focus, never your payment details or your messages, and you can withdraw access at any time without giving a reason. Nothing renews on its own — every plan is a single payment, and the 15-day trial asks for no card details at all, so there is no subscription to cancel. When a pass ends, starting new practice and the quiz history list pause until you buy another.
