The free trial
New accounts start with a free trial, and no card details are needed to begin it. You get to see the whole product before deciding anything.
Paying
If you continue after the trial, you make a single one-off payment. There is no subscription in the usual sense:
- Nothing renews automatically
- There is no recurring charge to cancel
- We will never take a payment you did not actively choose to make
You can see your current status, and when your access runs to, in your Profile under your subscription details.
Seasonal pricing
Access runs to the end of the assessment season rather than for a fixed number of months, so the price of a full season falls as the season goes on — you are buying less remaining time.
Later in the year the full-season option is withdrawn entirely, because a few weeks of season access is poor value, and the monthly option is the only one offered.
Promo codes
If you have a code, apply it in your Profile. A code either adds access time or reduces a price — never both.
Codes can be limited in how many times they are used and may expire, so it is worth applying one when you get it rather than saving it.
Refunds
We publish a refund policy on the website. If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, or charged in error — contact us and we will put it right.
