How it works
Another adult — a tutor, a grandparent, a second parent, anyone helping your child — can be given access to see how your child is getting on.
They ask; you decide. Nothing is shared until you approve it.
Approving a request
When someone asks for access to your child, we email you and put the request in your app. You will see who is asking, and you can approve or decline it.
Declining is quiet. The person asking is not told that you refused — from their side, a declined request and a request you never got round to look the same. That is on purpose, so that saying no does not have to be a conversation.
What they can see
Someone you have approved can see your child's progress: their overview, their analytics, and the topic breakdowns — the same information you see.
They cannot change any settings, cannot see your billing, and cannot assign work. It is a window, not a set of controls.
They can give your child a private nickname on their own screen, which never replaces or hides your child's real name.
Taking it back
Go to Who can see your child in the Parent Area. You can revoke access at any time, for any reason, without telling them why. Access stops immediately.
What we record
Approvals, declines and revocations are all recorded with the date and time, so there is always an answer to "who was given access to my child, and when?".
