The daily practice reminder

A gentle nudge when your child has not practised for a while. You choose whether it runs at all.

It skips days your child has already practised, so it never nags about something already done.

Emails from us

Two switches, both in your Profile:

Both are on by default, and either can be turned off without affecting the other.

What these switches do not silence

Some email is part of running your account, and it is sent whichever way those switches are set:

That last one is deliberate, and worth explaining. The only way to refuse a request for access to your child is to know it was made. Muting practice reminders is not agreeing to be kept in the dark about that, so those messages always reach you.

Nothing renews without you

While we are on the subject of things arriving unexpectedly: TransferNI does not take recurring payments. Nothing renews automatically, so no email from us will ever be telling you about a charge you did not choose to make.
