Getting a copy of your data
In your Profile, under Your data, you can request a copy of what we hold. You will get a confirmation that the request has been received, and the data follows.
What you get covers your account and your child's activity: the account details, the subscription dates, targets, the gamification summary, and a record of every quiz — when it was taken, the subject and topic, how many questions, the score and the time.
It does not include the questions themselves or your child's individual answers.
Closing your account
Also under Your data. Deleting an account is deliberately harder than creating one — you will be asked to confirm in more than one way, including typing the word DELETE, so it cannot happen by a mistaken tap.
Once it is done, your login stops working and your personal details are removed. This cannot be undone.
If you come back later
If you sign up again with the same email address in future, your account is created normally — but it will not include another free trial. The trial is once per person, not once per sign-up.
Your child's privacy
A few things worth knowing, whether or not you ever use the buttons above:
- We do not show advertising, and we do not track your child for advertising
- Settings that share anything start switched off, and stay off until you change them
- Nobody sees your child's results without your approval, which is recorded
- The leaderboard never shows another child's name or score, and never shows yours to them
Our full Privacy Notice and Safeguarding page on the website set all of this out in detail, including how long we keep things and how to complain if you are unhappy.
